About Us

Our Business

Bounty Brands is in the business of creating, acquiring and building brands with the aim of achieving above-market related earnings growth. We already do this successfully in South Africa and Poland, but our short-term plans include expansion into other global, emerging markets, both by way of further exports and acquisitions. Our acquisition strategy targets leading brands in our selected markets that are complementary to our existing operations and brands portfolios. Our business is split into three divisions in order to maximise integration and synergy opportunities within similar clusters: 1. Bounty Foods (packaged) 2. Bounty Home & Care (cosmetics, personal care and home care) 3. Bounty Wear (footwear and apparel) Bounty Brands supports the operating subsidiaries and divisional teams by providing certain shared services relating to Strategy, Accounts, Finance, Forex, HR and Marketing.

Our Vision

Our vision is to be the fastest growing diversified consumer goods company, building brands globally.
